Support Requests
If you are experiencing an issue with the SafeWork System hardware or software, you can open support request from the StrongArm Help Desk. The ticketing system is the best way to quickly find a resolution and ensures your issue is properly reported while expediting problem resolution.

Login to the SafeWork Dashboard (Or from here click the Submit Request button in the top right corner of this window)

Click on the HelpDesk icon in the lower left corner to open the Help Desk

Choose the type of request.
+ Support Request
+ Product Feature Request

Fill out the request form with information about your issue.
Helpful Tips
+ Be sure to identify the relevant hardware or software
+ Include images or screen shots when possible
+ If you are not the point person, please provide the appropriate name, email and telephone of the best onsite person contact directly
+ Please share the best available time to be reached, especially if you are customer outside the United States

After filling out the form, click the Submit button.
Viewing Existing Requests

Follow directions above to get to the Help Desk

Click on the Requests under the profile Icon a the top right of the page

There are 3 options for viewing existing requests:
+ My requests (default) displays a list of all support requests you have submitted
+ Requests I'm CCd on displays a list of all support requests you have been copied on
+ Organization requests displays a list of all support requests submitted by members of your organization
