A StrongArm preventable injury is a musculoskeletal injury that results from a failure to adhere to SafeWorks movement principles that are taught to associates via the SafeWork Training program.
- Examples of StrongArm preventable injuries include strains from lifting, pushing, or pulling; improper sitting posture; and injuries from entering and exiting equipment.
- Examples that are not StrongArm preventable injuries include acts of nature, "struck by" injuries, injuries from vehicle accidents, and illnesses.
