Introduction
The SafeWork Dashboard is the hub of the SafeWork System, providing access to tools for managing your roster of Industrial Athletes, monitoring the safety metrics of individual team members, viewing trends in engagement, hardware usage, ergonomic safety and getting support for troubleshooting.
Dashboard Access
Open the SafeWork Dashboard and sign in to your account using your email address and password. Or, if available, use the “Sign in with Your Company” button. The “Sign in with Your Company” button will be available if your organization is using the single sign-on feature.
Dashboard Overview Page
The Dashboard Overview is the home page of the SafeWork Dashboard and is the first screen you’ll encounter when opening the Dashboard. The Overview Page provides important notifications about the latest SafeWork news and product release notes.
Dashboard Navigation
The SafeWork Dashboard features a global navigation sidebar that allows you to easily move between Dashboard Sections and provides direct access to every individual report and Admin screen within the Dashboard.
The navigation sidebar is universally located on the left-hand side of the Dashboard and can be expanded or collapsed to suit your needs.
Admin Section
The Admin Section houses the roster management tool for managing and updating information about your Industrial Athletes in the SafeWork Dashboard.
The roster management tool allows you to quickly see how your roster of Industrial Athletes is organized in the SafeWork Dashboard, and shows information about the warehouse, job function, and shift type for each Athlete.
The Admin Section also provides controls for adding, deactivating, and editing information about Industrial Athletes. Please note that one or more Athletes will need to be selected before the Edit button will appear.
Analytics Section
The Analytics Section within the SafeWork Dashboard delivers in-depth reporting on individual performance, environmental factors, job function analysis, hardware usage and more.
The Analytics Section is designed to help you understand high-level safety trends at the facility or organizational level.
Intervention App
The Intervention App provides floor and facility managers with actionable insights on how they can help their team work safer.
The Intervention App brings easily filterable data on leading risk factors, sensor usage, participation, and daily safety scores for specific individuals, shifts and job types into a single view.
