Champions are team members who are certified by StrongArm head coaches via an online or in-person format. They are developed to have the coaching knowledge, eye, and voice.
Champions know how to execute strong movements and can identify the differences between strong and weak movement patterns. They work with fellow employees to coach them away from injury-causing positions and into stronger, more efficient positions. They’re a great resource to answer your questions and help you improve your technique.
StrongArm provides guidelines for each lesson, and it is up to the Champion within your organization to lead training every other week.
StrongArm Champions will be re-certified every year. Retraining will occur virtually or in person and will match the initial one-day Champion recertification process.
