The SafeWork Training program is broken out into short courses. Each course covers a specific topic and has 2 parts, spanning 2 weeks in most training experiences:

Part 1/Week 1: A short online video with a quiz at the end. Champions are expected to introduce the topic to their teams.
- What you do: Print the documents and post them somewhere with high visibility in your facility.

Part 2/Week 2: In-person practice session covering the lesson material. Champions are expected to provide opportunities for movement practice and dialogue.
- What you do: Print the lesson plan, and use it in preparation for the practice portion of the training module.
Every lesson includes various additional references associated with the topic of the lesson being viewed. Additional references for each lesson can be found within the lesson widget of our online platform under the lesson thumbnail.
From the Additional References tab, you'll have the option to download and print each document.
Most lessons include at least three additional references:
- A Lesson Plan for Champions to utilize when they run the in-person practice section of each lesson
- A printable resource that includes step-by-step pictures of how to perform the task, discussed in the lesson, in the strongest position possible
- A common faults resource that includes pictures of positions team members should avoid while performing the task discussed in the lesson
