- Time of delivery - when you receive the email in your inbox
- Timezone - select the timezone in which you want to receive your email
- Warehouse / Shift / Job functions - these filters will be applied to the group of athletes you want to see in your report
- Recipients - these will be the receivers of this specific report.
Note: You will need to create multiple email subscriptions if you want to filter recipients by certain shifts and job functions.
The Email Digest is built to help busy managers get the fastest insight into their team in terms of their safety performance at their convenience.
Some of the insights readily available within the Email Digest include:
- Who are the Athletes that I can give a shout-out to and highlight?
- Who are the Athletes I want to focus on today and go speak to and about what?
Best Practices
- Set up the Email Digest and filters in the appropriate sizing to the audience so the list of athletes are relevant to engage with. (4 warehouses, all shifts, and all job functions) vs (1 warehouse, 1 shift, and 1 job function)
- Ensure that the appropriate managers who will be directly responsible for engaging with those athletes are listed in the email recipient list and understand what to do with the information
- If this kind of engagement is new with athletes and managers it may be helpful to start with a weekly report with a focus on 1 or 2 athletes during the week before moving it up to a daily cadence.
- Ensure the manager responsible also has access to the dashboard to log their Progress Sessions.
