What is Worklete Training Content?
StrongArm has partnered with Worklete to create a comprehensive solution for diagnosing workplace risks and proactively preventing injuries. This powerful collaboration offers a one-stop shop that includes data insights, real-time vibrational alerts to athletes, and video training content to reinforce their knowledge.
Harnessing Worklete's demonstrated results, both managers and athletes gain valuable insights into using data and feedback to refine their movements, thereby enhancing their strength and overall safety.
Within each focus area, we address risk factors (Bend, Twist, and Tilt) identified in the Safety Score and provide three essential videos:
- A coaching guide for managers, offering cues and effective feedback techniques for athletes.
- An informational video for athletes, explaining the causes and consequences of weak movements.
- A coaching video for athletes, demonstrating how to improve their factors through strong movements.
