Group Learning and Course Crediting

The group learning and course crediting is a manager capability that allows admins to provide to various learners. Some instances where this feature is used:

  1. When multiple learners watch a course together with a supervisor and do an in-person coaching session.
  2. If a user has taken a course but didn’t receive credit for any reason.

NOTE: Only one course can be credited at a time in bulk, this includes course variations based on language.  Each lesson must be uniquely selected for bulk credit.

Providing Course Credits

  1. Navigate to the “Course Activity” field under the “Reports” menu bar

  2. Under the Course selection filter, select the course that you want to provide credit for.

    NOTE: Ensure that the learners being selected are already enrolled in the course you want to provide credit for.

  3. Once the course is selected, tap "Add Filter".

  4. Filter for and select the learners you want to provide credit to, then select “edit multiple” on the right hand menu bar.

  5. Select the appropriate fields and set the score to 100%, credits are optional depending on if your program uses them or not.

  6. Make sure to hit “Save” and now those users have gotten their course completions!
