Enrolling learners in courses is a new feature administrators can use to assign focused coursework to their frontline associates. Absorb LMS provides a user-friendly admin interface for managing course enrollments efficiently. In this guide, we'll walk through the step-by-step process of enrolling a learner in a course using the admin interface.
Custom Enrollments by Learner:
- From the Users Page, select Users you are interested in assigning a course
- Click "Enroll" from the right-side menu
- Select the course you'd like to assign the user and click save.

- Access the Admin Dashboard Log in to your Absorb LMS administrator account using your credentials. Once logged in, you'll land on the admin dashboard, which provides access to various administrative functions.
- Navigate to the Course Management Section Locate and click on the "Courses" or "Course Management" option in the admin dashboard menu. This will take you to the course management section where you can view courses.
- Select the Course From the list of available courses, find the course you want to enroll the learner in. Click on the course title to access its details and management options.
- Enroll Learner In the enrollment options section, you should see a button or link to "Enroll Learner" or "Add Learner." Click on this button to initiate the enrollment process.
- Search for the Learner A pop-up window or dialog box will appear, prompting you to search for the learner you wish to enroll in the course. You can usually search for learners by name, username, or email address.
- Select the Learner Once you've found the correct learner, select their profile from the search results. Double-check to ensure you're enrolling the right person in the course.
- Confirm Enrollment After selecting the learner, you may have the option to specify additional details such as enrollment dates or completion criteria. Once you've configured the enrollment settings, confirm the enrollment to finalize the process.
- Review Enrollment Status Once the enrollment is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that the learner has been successfully enrolled in the course. You may also see the learner listed under the course's enrollment roster.
- Verify Enrollment To ensure the enrollment was successful, you can navigate back to the course details page and check the enrollment status. The learner should now be listed as enrolled in the course.
