What is StrongArm Technologies?
Worklete has merged with StrongArm Technologies
The joint product will combine the strengths of both companies to create a one-stop shop for diagnosing workplace risks and preventing injuries before they happen. Workletes will continue providing ongoing training designed to create better movement habits and prevent injuries at work and home. The haptic feedback provided by StrongArm’s wearables can be deployed to help targeted groups of Industrial AthletesTM avoid risky movements in real-time while the data captured by the wearables in parallel is analyzed allowing managers to track the progress of their Industrial Athletes and proactively identify opportunities for further training and coaching using Worklete’s training principles and content.
What is Absorb?
Absorb is the new technology partner that we are leveraging as the underlying Learning Management System (LMS). Absorb LMS is a global leader and widely recognized as a best-in-class learning management system and will be a significant improvement to our previous LMS technology. For future reference, the combined platform with StrongArm will be known as the SafeWork Training Platform.
The new URL you can use to access Worklete Training on the SafeWork Training Platform is:
How do I log in to the new SafeWork Training Platform?
The StrongArm team has partnered with your Organization to set up an initial username and password for users to access the system. Typically, this is a unique identifier associated with your HRIS system, paired with a temporary and easy-to-remember initial password.
If you are unsure what your username and password are, check in with your manager or reach out to support@worklete.com.
What if I forgot my password?
From the login page, there is a Forgot Password link. When the User selects this link, they will be prompted to enter their Username or Email address. If the User is active and has a correct email address populated on their LMS account, they will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
When the User selects the link from the Password Reset email, they will be taken to a page where they will be requested to enter their new password into 2 fields. Once they enter it, they will be asked to login. They will need to select Login, so they can enter their Username and new Password.
Admins also could send the User a Password Reset link through email if the User requests. You could also make it best practice to send the Password Reset email to users who have not logged in for a while (filter by Last Login Date in the User grid), before a rollout of required training. This way they will have a fresh new password and be ready to log in before you roll out the new training.
When configuring your LMS, you will have the option to choose your password-required format. This option can be updated at any time, by contacting Absorb Support or your Customer Service Manager. The 3 options are as follows:
- Weak: Can consist of any characters, but must be a minimum of 6 characters.
- Medium: Must consist of at least one letter and number, and must be a minimum of 8 characters.
- Strong: Must consist of at least one uppercase and lowercase letter, one number, one symbol, and be at least 8 characters in length.
Will everyone have access to SafeWork training?
Yes, that is the goal - all eligible associates should learn how to protect their bodies at work and home.
How are associates added or removed from the roster?
Team rosters may be managed via a direct interface with your organization's HRIS system and the SafeWork Training Platform. Users will be added and removed from the platform based on the information provided through that system.
If an integration is not in place, Users can be created by an Admin adding them manually in the Admin Experience, a User adding themselves through the Sign-up option, Admin importing them through the User Import option, or a file integration to the LMS.
To add a user manually:
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin menu and select Users. You will be taken to the User Administration page. Here you will see a list of all Active users in your LMS. You can manage Users from this page.
Note: If you need to find a User that has been Inactivated in the LMS, you will need to search for them by the Status of Inactive.
Step 2: From the User Administration page, select Add User. You will then be taken to the User Management page, where you can begin adding your new User.
Will only new hires use the Safework sensor and collect data?
We would love to extend the benefit of the sensor platform to all applicable employees.
How often will I get a lesson assigned?
SafeWork Training is an ongoing, comprehensive training program designed to teach the foundations of strong human movement and how they apply to the job. Over time, team members will learn how to default into the strongest possible body positions -- no matter what they're tasked with. Each course is offered in a 1 month or 2-week cadence and focuses on a principle of human movement or its job-specific application.
Part 1: Online Training - Introduces the topic and prepares team members for the in-person practice session in the following week. SafeWork Training courses provide an introduction to the movement, as well as visual examples of strong and weak positions. Online courses are designed to take less than 5 minutes and can be accessed on any device: phone, tablet, or computer.
Part 2: In-Person Practice - Provides an opportunity for team members to practice, receive coaching, and open a dialogue about movement. In-person practice is designed to take 5-10 minutes. Lesson plans and coaching material for each course can be accessed in the SafeWork Training Platform.
How do I complete a course?
- A learner starts by selecting Enroll or Start to begin their Online Course. The User is required to complete all lessons included in the Online Course. Lessons can include a Video, PDF, URL, Survey, Observation Checklist, or Assessment.
- Once the User has completed the Lesson, their overall grade or maybe a quick message indicating they've completed the lesson will display. In the background, lesson information has been saved to the learner's computer regarding their progress and score(if there is one).
- The learner is prompted to exit the lesson, either by closing the window or by selecting an exit button on the slide itself.
Will I get email notifications when a new lesson is assigned?
Yes, so long as there is an email registered to the account. The email will have a link that will provide direct access to the SafeWork Training Platform.
Be sure to add StrongArm LMS <noreply@myabsorb.com> to your address book to ensure these emails do not end up in your junk or spam folder.
Email timing and frequency can be adjusted as needed.
Will Spanish translations of videos/materials be available?
Yes!
How can I verify my team has completed their lessons?
StrongArm will be providing regular email updates to Supervisors to keep track of their direct reports' lesson completion status.
Supervisors can also view the current completion status via the Admin/Manager Experience in the SafeWork Training Platform. Managers can access the Manager Experience through the Menu from the Learner Experience by clicking the Admin option.

What do I do with the lesson plans and additional resources?
The SafeWork Training program is broken out into short lessons. Each lesson covers a specific topic and has 2 parts, spanning either 1 month or 2 weeks:
Part 1: Online video with a quiz at the end. Coaches introduce topics to their teams. What you do: Print the documents and post them somewhere visible in your facility.
Part 2: In-person practice covering the lesson material and providing opportunities for coaching and dialogue. What you do: Print the lesson plan and use it to prepare for the practice portion of the training module.
What is a StrongArm (Worklete) Champion?
A “Champion” is a person at your company who has been trained to be a SafeWork Training coach. This means they know how to do the proper movements and how to coach other people on those same movements. They’re a great resource to answer your questions and help you improve your technique.
Champions should be leading the practice sessions for each Training.
